  • Who is this course for?

    Anyone and everyone of all skill levels! If you are a beginner who has never made a layered cake, this will walk you through each step of the process. From torting flat and even layers, filling it with a consistent amount of buttercream and getting that perfectly smooth coat of buttercream around the sides, this class will guide you all the way. If you are seasoned in layering cakes but want the final product to look a bit more refined or creative, included are instructions on how to achieve different side finishes. There is literally something for everyone to learn!

  • I need more hands-on help. Are there in-person workshops?

    Yes! Cake decorating is a very hands-on skill so getting interactive instruction with personal attention is the most effective way to learn. Liz can host a private classes to accommodate your personal cake goals. Group classes are also held throughout the year in various cities.
